Herts Urgent Care, launched in Hertfordshire, has been providing NHS111 services since 2012. When social distancing became an urgent requirement in their call centre, Tecna UK were on hand to provide a T3 solution! And in under a week, Tecna UK designed, built and delivered a full set of desk dividers with branded acrylic, in HUC’s call centre. Speaking to Ian Moody, HUC’s Contact Centre Manager, he discusses his experience working with Tecna UK and T3 on this project.
