£25,000 - £30,000 a year



We are looking for a bright and capable Project & Design Co-Ordinator to join our busy Project Management team. 


As a  Project Executive you would be working directly with the project management team, liaising with clients, creating basic quotes, completing 3D drawings and providing build plans. 


This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company. 


The Project Executive will be fully trained and mentored with a potential career path to an Account manager or Project Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Use Sketch Up to interpret basic designs 
  • Creating build plans using Sketch Up and Adobe CS 
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Working within budgets design and quote basic projects 
  • Design and quote basic jobs 
  • Ordering and Organising delivery schedules 
  • Positively represent the company, developing relationships with the appropriate stakeholders both internally and externally. Be a brand ambassador for Tecna UK 
  • Any other tasks or projects from time to time where your skills or assistance is required 

The successful Design Estimator must be able to demonstrate the following key skills and behaviours: 


  • Excellent IT skills: Excel, Word and Sketch Up is advantageous
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with an eye for detail. 
  • Commercially minded 
  • Ability to prioritise 
  • Excellent communication and people skills 
  • Capable of multitasking both immediate and long-term projects
  • Professional attitude and appearance 
  • Problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
