We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing operations team based at our head office in Farnborough, Hampshire. This is a full-time, permanent role and a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all production within the company, including T3 (cutting aluminium extrusion), Woodwork (CNC machine, fabrication of basic units), Print & application (printing of vinyl/papers, wrapping semi-rigid substrates)
• Manage the Production team ensuring items are fabricated on-time and on-budget
• Manage the Warehouse Technicians, ensuring T3 fabrication and T3 rental stock is handled effectively
• Manage stock levels, placing timely stock orders
• Manage storage of all stock (including clients’)
• Arrange shipping of all orders
• Working with the Operations Manager to track and measure staff performance and training
• Working with the Install Manager to ensure all items required for jobs are supplied on-time
• Oversee and track Goods coming in and out of the warehouse
• Any other tasks or projects from time to time where your skills or assistance is required
