Impactful Interactions Across Tecna UK’s Sign And Digital UK 2019 Stand
Another year, another Sign and Digital UK for the Tecna UK team. Attending 2019’s expo this April, the ground team showed up geared and ready to welcome and inform eager visitors and exhibitors across the sign and print sectors on how they can benefit from the T3 system.
Different from any Sign and Digital UK event we’ve done before, our stand this year brought an interactive competition to attendees. The competition, whilst also a great way to amp up engagement amongst attendees, was our way of showcasing the creative and interactive potential achievable with T3.
We also integrated a semi-private meeting space into our stand, which came equipped with a T3 ceiling, wall-mounted AV screen and comfortable seating to facilitate exciting business discussions.
What is Sign And Digital UK 2019?
Sign and Digital 2019 is the UK’s leading visual communications event. It encourages people from sectors such as signage, print, display, décor and design to come and witness the industry’s latest innovations and developments over a busy three days.

Tecna UK’s On-Stand Competition Intensifies as Attendees Try to Beat Fastest Time
Following on from the success of the “Build a Cube Against the Clock” competition at our Marketing Week Live appearance, bringing the experience to Sign & Digital UK was a no-brainer. We even mounted the leader board scores from the other show on our stand to bring out the competitive streak in attendees. And it worked. With an impressive time to beat from Marketing Week Live’s winner, the competition intensified as eager expo visitors tried to push him off the top spot.
The best part about the competition was that it acted as the perfect stand draw and conversation starter. Still pumped from the excitement of getting hands on with T3, they were then primed to engage in meaningful conversations about how Tecna UK and T3 can work for them. And more conversations mean more collaborations and partnerships. That’s the power of having interactivity on any exhibition stand.
T3 Meeting Area Provides Welcoming Space For Meaningful Conversations
For the first time this year, Tecna UK’s in-house designers integrated a designated meeting space into our display to facilitate important interactions.
Located in the back corner of our display, the area was perfect for discussing our design, marketing and sales services, and for generating creative display ideas to get attendees inspired for their next T3 display.
Our Suspended Graphic Panel Emphasises The Design Potential of T3
One element of our stand that visitors with a keen design eye took a liking to was our floating red acrylic graphic panel. To create the floating effect, we suspended it in a cut out in our display wall using fine wires. The idea was to elevate the aesthetic and demonstrate that modular design doesn’t have to be simple.
In a strategic design move, we also created spacing around the panel to grab the attention among visitors as they witnessed what is going on behind the dividing wall.
Simple design flourishes like this are a great way to set you apart from other exhibitors and make your display one to watch. Our design experts are always on hand to take your ideas and transform them into something spectacular for you. And they’ll do it in just 24 hours.
