Finance Manager

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join a successful fast growing company within the events industry. The successful candidate will manage day to day finance and will be the main point of contact for all related matters, reporting to the MD daily and external accountant weekly. Further training and support offered in order to expand qualifications and responsibilities after qualifying period.

Main Duties include:

  • Matching Purchase Orders to Purchase Invoices
  • Creating Sales invoices and credit limits are maintained
  • Allocating supplier payments to invoice
  • Reconciling Supplier Statements
  • Credit control for UK and overseas companies
  • Dealing with Supplier and Customer queries over the phone and via e-mail
  • Completing adhoc duties

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience of working as a Finance Assistant or similar.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Have previous experience of working to deadlines
  • Have strong I.T skills – Particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of Quickbooks an advantage
  • AAT qualified or Part qualified

Sales Executives

Due to continued success and growth, Tecna UK is on the lookout for ambitious, experienced sales professionals to develop and manage trade clients within the print/display/exhibition sectors.

This is very much a consultative sales focussed role contacting current and potential clients, making them fully aware of the T3 modular display system capabilities and the marketing support that Tecna UK can supply.

Industry knowledge and the ability to communicate on different levels is vital.

Warehouse / Installation Operative

Tecna UK is looking for a Warehouse / Installation Operative to join our teams.

Main duties include:

  • Picking orders
  • Sorting deliveries
  • Stocktaking
  • General warehouse duties
  • Installation of displays both in UK and Abroad.

Design Consultant / Project Co-Ordinator X 3 (3 more required in 6 months)

Due to steady growth, expansion and moving to new premises in Farnborough, Tecna UK are looking for a few Design Consultants / Projector Co-ordinator to join our busy teams.

Main duties include:

  • Use Sketch Up to design modular framework visuals
  • Itemise and Quote Jobs on a daily basis
  • Administration of project folders meeting the Tecna UK standards
  • Meeting and discussing with clients to establish their technical requirements
  • Take ownership of projects and follow up all quotes
  • On job confirmation you will be required to order parts from multiple suppliers meeting Tecna UK standards
  • Support the Sales team with selling T3 modular display system to the event industry amongst others
  • Being part of a team to successfully hit monthly targets.

Sales Co-Ordinator

Tecna UK is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic office based sales person to join our successful and growing team.

Main duties include:

  • Answering incoming sales calls
  • Build internal and external relationships
  • Following up on general enquiries and quotes
  • Sales pipeline management, including identification of where lead originated from
  • Following up leads from marketing campaigns
  • Preparation and dispatch of marketing material

The experience of working in a busy office environment is essential.
